This is the second time I have used this car rental agency. Last year with Booking.com and this year directly with the agency team. All services are impeccable... Competence, professionalism and kindness are the values of this agency. I would like to thank and congratulate them for making things so easy for me. And in particular Paulina for her extreme kindness and understanding. The cars, both last year and this year, were magnificent... clean and very, very pleasant to drive... And as far as value for money is concerned, I don't think it's possible to find better. I sincerely hope to return to Norway next year, and I will be delighted to call on Paulina and the Enterprise agency again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindness and goodwill... I rented a car for a weekend getaway and was blown away by how smooth the whole experience was. The pickup was quick, the staff were friendly, and the car was spotless and zippy. Fuel-efficient and surprisingly comfy—perfect. The return process was a breeze, with no hidden fees and a friendly send-off. I left with a grin and already planning my next trip. 10/10 would rent again!

I rented a car from Enterprise Stavanger Airport. There was a dispute over alleged damage after returning the vehicle. The branch initially claimed hidden underbody damage that was not visible during the pickup or return. I formally requested timestamped photos, inspection policies, and proof of custody which they are taking time to provide suggesting incompetent service. Additionally when arriving to pick up our vehicle there was no one present at the service desk to do a formal review and inspection of the vehicle as done by all enterprise branches. This situation has been frustrating, and I urge future renters to carefully document their rental before leaving. I am in the process of resolving the dispute with Enterprise corporate

Renting a car is always for me kind of hazard because I know some rental companies are trying to rip off customers. But I had a great experience with enterprise at Stavanger. Check in process was easy and conditions clear. We even get an upgrade to almost new Toyota Rav 4! The car was absolutely flawless and had less than 19000km. They took deposit 5000 NOK at check in and it was returned the next day after drop off car. Cars are parked in the parking lot opposite to rental offices. They charged just tolls and fees and provided clear invoice.

Thank you, Ms. Kinga, for the quick and exceptional service. The whole process took only 10 minutes. Thanks also for the lovely gift. I received an upgrade as a gift along with some chocolates.
