Definitely the best choice to travel throughout Norway! We had an amazing time with our motorhome during our trip. The customer service was very responsive to all our questions before our trip, and all the staff is super friendly. On overall, we had a great time, and they provide a top service. I would definitely book again with them if I return to Norway! I absolutely recommend Campervan Norway to all my friends and family.

I had an incredible experience! The staff is very friendly, both before and after booking. They always helped me resolve all my questions and plan my trip. I rented a campervan for my boyfriend and me, and it was in great condition, very comfortable and with all the extras needed for the trip. I loved it! I hope to do it again soon 🙂

We are very happy with the rental. We had a last minute change due to the flight change and there was no problem to update the booking. Good and quick customer service, we got a super fast response through the email. Also, Norway is beautiful, hope to be back one day 🙂

Nos han cogido la fianza para la reserva, y a tan solo dos semanas del viaje (con hoteles y actividades ya pagadas) nos informan de que no está disponible para las fechas acordadas. Aceptamos su nueva propuesta con otro día diferente, y nos lo vuelven a cambiar. Pese a la enorme incomodidad, volvimos a aceptar con lo que eso nos suponía : estar 4 días de hotel, acortar el viaje y asumir el coste de las actividades ya pagadas a las que no íbamos a poder asistir. Cuando ya pensábamos que estaba todo solucionado,nos vuelven a decir que ya no está disponible a 5 días de viaje. Para colmo, se nos responsabiliza a nosotros por "tardar en responder", cuando nunca pasaron más de 6 horas en nuestras respuestas, frente a los 4 días que ellos tardaban en darnos nuevas noticias o soluciones. Además, ahora intentan minimizar lo ocurrido diciendo que no hubo tantos cambios de fecha y que nos informaron desde el primer momento, lo cual es simplemente falso. Las valoraciones de quienes han conseguido alquilar con ellos no dudo que sean estupendas. Pero en nuestro caso, la gestión ha sido desastrosa, y estamos a solo 5 días de volar sin tiempo material para organizar nada con otra empresa. Nos sentimos totalmente decepcionados por la falta de seriedad, profesionalidad y empatía. Una experiencia que, sinceramente, no desearíamos que le pasara a nadie. Actualización: NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO DE LA RESERVA.

CVN has been incredible prior to our trip. With adding then unfortunately needing to remove a family member prior we needed to change our reservation several times. They were immediately responsive with each interaction. I understand they are a "connection" between several providers and look forward to sharing our experience in a month upon our return.

Well, where to start. We rent a Nissan env 200 in Bergen and there were some issues we experienced during our rental in August 2023. I start with the most annoying: 1. since returning the car in end of August we still havent received our deposit back, which is €500 for the car and another €200 for tolls. We still dont know how much we spent on tolls. This is unacceptable and all our complaints are still not answered. We just receive that some department will answer. 2. On campervan norways page it was stated that the car will be a 2022 model. It was 2019. 3. We had some problems with the starting battery, which left us calling Viking road service twice and pushing the car off a ferry, cause it wouldnt start. This problem may have also occured before, but the info we got was contradictional. We then spent over 5 hours in a garage just to find out that the owner of the car refused to use a third Party battery and we had to drive somewhere else to get an original one. In total this cost us about 1,5days and a major detour. 4. This is really not campervan norways fault, but with a range of about 120k and loading times of 40 minutes, we spent a lot of time at charging stations. We wonder if the 2022 model would have performed better? 5. Contract: we have a contract with campervan norway. We picked up the car at campervan bergen. The car might be owned by any other company. No clue to the real situation. We also filed a complaint to the story of the battery and our time lost. No answer there... On the positive side: our contact in Bergen Antonio was very helpful. He is excluded from this review. Since he was just somewhere in the middle between Campervan Norway, campervan bergen and fanebil, we think he did his best.

Unfortunately we had a dissapointing experience with Campervan Norway. Firstly, the company is three different companies that work together (Campervan Norway, Campervan Bergen, and El Camper), when we initially tried to reserve the van there were a lot of discrepancies between the information on the website and the contract we received (speficially the driver requirements and pick-up/drop-off times). When we collected the van there was noone there to meet us or explain what was in the van, how to charge it, or to check the existing damage on the vehicle (there were several large dents and a chip in the windscreen). Overall, the van itself was relatively well equipped in terms of cooking supplies, tools, chairs etc, however we weren't shown how to use a lot of the functions. We appreciated that the van was fully electric, however the charge runs out quite fast and we needed to charge the van almost everyday if we didn't charge it overnight. Lastly, with the rainy weather Norway is prone to, the van became quite damp on the inside as it was not properly insulated, and as a result, all of the sheets, blankets became wet. Overall this wasn't an enjoyable customer experience, and having rented campervans and cars from other companies with a much better experience. Given the price we paid I wouldn't rent from this company again.
